Built in 1938, the Community Center of Mendocino is a beautiful historic landmark considered by many to be the “heart of Mendocino.” Formerly an elementary school, this charming building consists of six rooms, a freestanding Dojo, a playground, picnic areas, a petanque court, and Friendship Park, a baseball park with grandstands, a picnic area, and rest rooms.

CCM facilities are available for ongoing rentals and one-time special events. There are no rentals between noon and 6:00 PM on school days.

Special Events Room Rental Fees:

  • $30/hour per room (2 hour minimum)
  • $20/hour for the Sutterley Conference Room (2 hour minimum)

Ongoing Program Room Rental Fees:

  • Morning Hours (ending by 12:00PM), $20/hour per room ($10/hour Sutterley Conference Room)
  • Prime Time Hours (After 6PM and All Day Weekends), $25/hour per room ($15/hour Sutterley Conference Room)
