Thanks to the FLEX™ program, you can participate in the SilverSneakers® Strength and Balance class at the Community Center of Mendocino. SilverSneakers® Strength and Balance is a low-impact class designed to help you improve mobility, flexibility and balance while increasing muscular endurance. Strength exercises may include stretching resistive tubing, hand-held weights and using your own body’s resistance while also using your core muscles to improve balance and stability.
Over four days in April, 2014, local high school students participating in a 96-hour film competition formed six teams that produced seven films. This one was chosen to appear in the Mendocino Film Festival Short Films Program, It’s All About Change.
