Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in being a part of CCM’s “Whole LOT of Stuff” Sale
Location: Community Center of Mendocino Back Parking Lot (998 School Street)
Date: Saturday, August 2nd Time: 9AM-2PM
Because The Community Center of Mendocino’s “Whole LOT of Stuff” Sale is run by volunteers, we ask you to agree to the following guidelines to help the day run smoothly.
Vendor Agreements:
Vendors must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult
No refunds on registrations
Vendors are responsible for their own seating and displays
This is an outdoor event… no shade is provided or guaranteed. Please bring umbrellas or popup tents
Lot opens at 8AM. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 8:30 to begin setup for 9AM opening
Vendors agree to stay for the entirety of the event
Vendors are responsible for removing all belongings and garbage leaving the area trash free
Vendors are not permitted to sell any food or beverages unless approved by the organizers prior to the event day
CCM is not responsible or liable for stolen or broken items
CCM is part of MUSD. Alcohol, drugs, and weapons are prohibited on the premises
In the case of rain, a call will be made the morning of the event. If cancelled, vendors will receive a full refund
Operational Guidelines:
Vendors will be assigned a number and space at registration, first come-first served
Upon arrival, Vendors will be directed to designated spot. LOT space vendors will park in the lot and sell from their vehicles… Mini Mart vendors will park on School Street and bring their items to their spot on the lawn.
Vendors keep all profits from sales
Vendors MUST arrive no later than 8:30 and may not leave before 2PM
Vendors must be packed and gone by 4PM
Fees:
10×20 LOT spot (sell out of your vehicle) — $50
10×10 Mini Mart spot (on lawn - no vehicles) — $40
Vending fee must be paid at the time of registration. Last day to sign up is July 27
